How do you screen your candidates?
Our candidates go through a rigorous screening process that includes multiple rounds of interviews along with English proficiency, general skills, and personality assessments. We only take on the very best to be matched with clients.
What happens if we start and the professional doesn’t seem to be working out?
As these are long-term placements our first action would be to try and improve performance. If this is not possible, we pause billing and rematch you with no charge so that you are never paying for a service that isn’t working.
Can my EA+ do personal tasks?
Yes! Absolutely. As long as you don’t require your EA+ to fly out to your location, we haven't found something they can’t do.
